BIG deal

Moment of the day:

It was about 1 1/2 years ago that Lucas started riding his bike without training wheels and after a nasty spill that included a split on the palm of his hand, he refused to get back on the bike. We have encouraged him many time to get back on and, with that stubborn streak of his, he has alway refused with an "absolutely not". I knew it would be on his own time. I knew once he gave it a shot he would be hooked. I knew once he gained the confidence he would be all over his bike. And now, Lucas is full force ahead on his bike. He's loving it....I'm loving it! This is a big deal.
