We finally got to go back and look at the house on Saturday.  It was the first time for the kids to glance inside the door of what is to become our new home.  The picture below is from the far side of the property showing a portion of the orchard.  You can see the house at the top of the hill and then the property slopes down into a valley on the other side.  The orchard is amazing with peach, plum, fig, orange, tangerine, lemon, lime, avocado trees and grape vines.  Tom can't wait to get his hands on all those trees.  

 Here is a view of the side of the house.  Looking at the picture above, this area covers the right hand side of the yard surrounding the house.  It is entirely fenced in with the cement wall you can see below.  There are trees to climb ...might make a good place for a tree house, a pile of rocks for climbing and a play set that will be staying.

 The driveway sweeps from the far right and around the hill and up to the left.

 Here is the family room that is along the back of the house and in close quarters to the kitchen.  LOVE the hard wood floors.

 In this picture I was standing backed up to that orange sofa and to the right is the kitchen and breakfast nook ... to the left is the entryway and front door.

 Here is the breakfast nook.  Maybe I can finally fit a round table that seats all the Carrasco's.

 LOVE the lighting fixtures ... they are all custom and match around the home.

 There were no pictures in the listing of the kitchen....so here they are.  The counters are granite and the cabinets are a distressed white.  The blank wall along the back of the kitchen will be perfect fitted with some open shelving.

 There is a desk area in the kitchen .... perfect for all my stuff and the kids homework.

 The doorway in the back of the picture goes through to the formal living/dining room areas.

 YEAH! I've always wanted a walk in pantry.

 This is the formal living room along the front of the house, next to the entryway.
