Sometimes BUSY gets in the way. So it's nice to hit rewind on the things I wanted to blog and never did.
PS: I don't want to be the Mom who only brags about the GREAT stuff her kids do....but, I will proudly be that Mom for a brief moment here.

IN MOST RECENT CARRASCO HISTORY:
LUCAS EARNS HONOR ROLL AND TOP OF AR (accelerated reader) LIST
MADDIE WINS AWARD OF EXCELLENCE IN PHOTOGRAPHY
AT VRMS REFLECTIONS AND WILL GO ON TO COMPETE ON THE
DISTRICT LEVEL
(I'm trying to download his campaign speech)
*"JACK'S GOT YOUR BACK"*
I would also like to comment on the recent Jackson elementary school student body elections.
After a 2 week campaign, Jackson's hard work paid off and he was elected as this year's student body president. WOOHOO!
*IT'S GREEN BELT FOR MADDIE*
Maddie earned another belt in Krav Maga. She has been training now for over a year and is now at her green belt with one white stripe. Keep up the hard work Mads!
*GO HAWKS!*
Lucas is finishing up his first year in club soccer with the Temecula Hawks. Although the team has won only a few games ...those boys got SPUNK! It's been a great training ground for what will be many more seasons of soccer for Lucas I'm sure.
Mason is also finishing up his first go at soccer on the Junior Hawks. He keeps everyone laughing out on the soccer field... as if a watching a bunch of 4 year olds "playing" soccer isn't entertainment enough.
*SADLY...*
We lost our beloved Sonny dog last month. We had 6 great years with him and he is greatly missed by all of us.
Jackson took a 10 week hiatus from guitar and golf lessons due to a wrist injury. He was in a cast for 8 weeks total - luckily the removable kind. He was able to take it off just to shower. The Dr. said he "damaged" his growth plate in his wrist. I'm glad that's behind us!
I swear Mason has a perma-bruise in the middle his forehead. He ran into a wall!
(Just had to share this photo!)
Maddie keeps telling people she is already 13. Could she please NOT round up! She will be 13 in exactly 4 months. This makes me sad!
