7 days of rain, but who's counting

Really?  More rain.  We are at 7 days straight of downpours, but who's counting.  Today we kidnapped Vance and Makenna and brought them to our house.  The day always goes by faster with good friends around.  The kids have been making some very cool origami boats to float down our flowing curb-side gutters.  Vance and Makenna get credit for this creative adventure - Thanks guys.  We also had a cookie decorating party.  I especially LOVE the "ninja-bread" cookies Maddie made.   Note to self:  Next time leave the tube of black frosting in the pantry.  The boys couldn't get enough of the black frosting - bleck!  Such a mess.
